SANTIS incorporates knowledge and experience from a wide variety of environmental projects  throughout North America. Our breadth of experience includes projects involving environmental site assessments, characterization, modeling, monitoring, water productions, construction and remediation. SANTIS specializes in developing new methods and perspectives for resolving soil and water contamination and resource management.

Areas of Expertise

• Resource assessment and management to assist in the proper stewardship and use of the earth’s resources;
• Groundwater capture zone (or wellhead protection area) analysis to assist in the safe sustainable withdrawal of potable water from single or multiple systems;
• Property environmental assessments including All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) following ASTM standards for Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screens, Evironmental Audits, and historical land use research; and
• Environmental Site Characterization for the assessment and documentation of environmental impacts to soil or water.
